Holds the position of Managing Editor of (IJRDPL Journal). He also serves as the Research and Development Director at Hubs Ayurveda. He worked as a Researcher in the Pharma Department on a project titled "Profiling of Phytochemicals in Ayurvedic Medicinal Formulations and Understanding Their Aggregation Behavior," a collaborative IMR project between the Central Ayurveda Research Institute, Jhansi, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and IIT Gandhinagar. Mr. Jha has been honored with the prestigious "Young Researcher Award – 2024" (Volume 9, Issue 3) by the Institute of Scholars (INSC), where his Membership ID is 20248YRA69. He also organized the 1st International Webinar on 'Pharmaceutical Policy and Access to Medicines: Indian Perspective' as the Organizing Secretary (Scientistic Era). He has also held roles as a Production Head (Pharma), Research Supervisor, Formulation Scientist, and Assistant Professor/Researcher. Mr. Jha's expertise lies in Medicinal Chemistry, with a focus on wet lab synthetic chemistry, analytical techniques, and molecular docking evaluation of conventional drugs and medicinal plants. He is proficient in modern analytical tools such as HPTLC, HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, and in-silico analysis.
