Robert Louis Esposito (born December 29, 1984) is an American author and entrepreneur. He is the founder and owner of Relocator Service Inc., a home transition company based in Hauppauge, New York.
Early life and education
Esposito was born in Long Island, New York to Ralph Esposito, a New York City firefighter, and Denise LoSquadro, the founder of the estate sale company Sisters In Charge.[1] He has one younger brother. Esposito attended St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, New York where he earned a degree in Human Relations, a program combining sociology and psychology.
His family's experience relocating his grandmother following a cancer diagnosis in the early 2000s played a role in shaping his exposure to the challenges of estate transitions. This event ultimately inspired his mother to establish Sisters In Charge, one of the earlier estate sale companies in Long Island, in 2002.[citation]
His middle name, Louis, honors his maternal great-uncle Louis F. Simeone, a community activist in Corona, Queens, who served in local civic organizations, including the Lions Club and Community Board 4. A park in Corona was later named in his memory.[2]
Career
In 2006, Esposito began working with clients of his mother's company, helping to manage clean-outs after estate sales. He started his own business the following year, borrowing funds to purchase a used box truck and founding Relocator Service Inc. in 2008.
Relocators has since grown into a multi-service operation offering residential and commercial moving, estate sales, junk removal, clean-outs, online auctions, storage, and assistance with insurance restoration pack-outs. The company also collaborates with restoration companies and insurance carriers.
Esposito has appeared in multiple regional television commercials promoting his company. In 2024, he worked with producer Mike Amoia, musician Dee Snider, and real estate agent Ronald Starrantino on a campaign that aired on Long Island's News 12 and other media outlets.[3]
Leadership and expansion
Esposito has spoken to business groups and appeared on several entrepreneurship-related podcasts. From 2016 to 2019, he served as director for a regional chapter of Business Network International (BNI), where he also led business development trainings.
Esposito leads Relocators by overseeing all aspects of operations, including estate sales, online auctions, and commercial moving. With over 20 years of experience, he has focused on growing the business all over the United States. Esposito frequently speaks to business groups and appears on podcasts to share his expertise in entrepreneurship, personal branding, and business growth. He was the director of BNI 2016-2019 and led regional trainings as well.
Published work
In 2024, Esposito signed a five-book publishing agreement with Red Penguin Books. His first title, Nobody Move (Without Reading This), was released in January 2025. The book explores the psychological and emotional aspects of moving and offers advice for homeowners, families, and professionals such as therapists and real estate agents. It is available through major booksellers including Amazon and Barnes & Noble.[4]
