The Clare Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship (abbreviated to the Clare PIHC) is scheduled to be an annual hurling competition organised by the Clare County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association and contested by the top-ranking intermediate clubs in the county of Clare in Ireland.[1] It will be the second tier overall in the entire Clare hurling championship system.

In its soon-to-be introduced format, the 10 participating teams will be drawn into two groups of five teams and play each other in a round-robin system. The top three teams in each group will proceed to the knockout phase that culminates with the final match at Zimmer Biomet Páirc Chíosóg in October.[2] The winner of the Clare Premier Intermediate Championship will qualify for the subsequent Munster Club Championship.
