The Analogy of Religion, Natural and Revealed, to the Constitution and Course of Nature is an apologetic work of an English Anglican theologian and philosopher Joseph Butler (1736).

The book is an attempt to show that there is a real likeness between the beliefs of Christianity and the workings of nature and providence, and that therefore there is but one single Author of both. The book takes granted the existence of God. Although the book did not mention the Deists, there are those who hold that, more than any other single work, it contributed to the downfall of Deism. The Analogy has been reprinted several times, also during the 20th century.^[1]
