Breznica is a small village and municipality in Varaždin County in Croatia.
In the 2011 census, there were 2,200 inhabitants, in the following settlements:[3]

- Borenec, population 120
- Breznica, population 814
- Čret Bisaški, population 18
- Drašković, population 415
- Jales Breznički, population 142
- Jarek Bisaški, population 204
- Mirkovec Breznički, population 97
- Podvorec, population 142
- Tkalec, population 94
In the same census, an absolute majority were Croats.[4]
