Bathymyrus is a genus of eels in the family Congridae. It currently contains the following species:
- Bathymyrus echinorhynchus Alcock, 1889
- Bathymyrus simus J. L. B. Smith, 1965
- Bathymyrus smithi Castle, 1968 (Maputo conger)
