Al-Sadiq and Al-Zahra Schools, also known as ASAZS, are British independent Shia Muslim day schools for pupils aged 5-16 situated in Willesden, North West London. Jafari schools, they accept pupils of all faiths.[1][2]

The schools' students have performed well in national exams.[3]

History

The Al-Sadiq and Al-Zahra Schools were established in 1991 by the grand Ayatollah, Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei. The schools were subsequently registered as two separate schools: Al-Sadiq School and Al-Zahra School.[4]

The schools are named after two Islamic personalities: Jafar Al-Sadiq and Fatima Al-Zahra.[4]
