Šašová is a village and municipality in Bardejov District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1352.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 228 metres (748 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 5.28 km² (2.04 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 158 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 164 people by ethnicity 150 as Slovak, 36 as Romani, 28 as Rusyn, 1 as Czech and 1 as Polish.
