Visitors to Somalia must obtain a visa on arrival in accordance with the law. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months.[1][2][3]
Visa on arrival
Holders of passports issued by any country can obtain a visa on arrival valid for 30 days at the following airports:[4][5][6]
- Bosaso Airport in Bosaso
- Garowe Airport in Garowe
- Abdullahi Yusuf Airport in Galkayo
- Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu
- Kismayo Airport in Kismayo

The Somali authorities mentioned that all visitors, intending to travel to Somalia must have an approved Electronic Visa (eTAS) before the start of their journey
that's why Somalia recently updated its electronic visa system with the launch of eTAS[7]
