Information icon Hello, I'm Jpeeling. I noticed that you recently removed content from ICC Men's T20 World Cup without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edit reversion

In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.

I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. ~~~~ S Philbrick(Talk) 12:43, 30 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

2024 T20WC Attendance

Hi! the source you gave [1] only says "over 1.2 million", where did you pick up the exact number "1,225,097"? Vestrian24Bio (TALK) 10:22, 20 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In June an article mentioned that 94.2% of the total tickets were sold out. So I calculated. Sadly I don't have the link right now. This one was the closest refering to that.
Thanks,

Okay, thanks for the response. Vestrian24Bio (TALK) 11:26, 20 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

List of broadcasters at 2024 Men's T20 World Cup

Hello. I removed the list you'd added on the grounds that the sentence you wrote at the top of the list was a direct copyright violation from the source you added – it's literally the first sentence at this link. I can't find a place in the pae history when the list of commentators was in the article actually - perhaps you could point me to the diff where they were removed initially? I know there was a push to get the article to GA status at some point, but I can't find anything about when they were either added or removed. Fwiw, I'm not sure the list is that helpful, but if it is going to be in the article, cited, then the flags need to be removed under MOS:FLAGS. Thanks. @Blue Square Thing: It was removed on this diff by me. Vestrian24Bio 10:27, 27 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
