I am a professional archival researcher specializing in vehicular military history; I am a not-yet-professional writer on the same topic. I dislike wikipedia's ingrained preference for what is generally held to be true over what is factually true, and its over-valuation of secondary sources rather than primary sources. I also dislike the fact that by its very nature, the only people who concern themselves with editing wikipedia are autists (I don't mean that as an insult, I include myself in that description), which leads to a great deal of illogical emotional involvement and perceived ' protectorship' of pages.
