History

Construction of the Neuville was announced in the Chicago Daily Tribune on January 18, 1920. The land had been purchased from the Chicago Title and Trust Company for a price of $600 per frontage foot, for a total of $84,000. The building was designed by firm Fugard & Knapp and built by McLennan Construction Company.[2]

The Neuville was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 2, 2013.[3]
