@Cabayi: The only change I'm requesting here is the indentation one. The other differences between here and the sandbox reflect the fact that Moxy recently made an undiscussed change to this template (which I don't think is an improvement, but that's beyond the direct scope of this request). Regarding consensus for the indentation issue, that was achieved at Template talk:Welcome#Improper indentation; it's an uncontroversial technical fix that does not alter the appearance of the template for most users. {{u|Sdkb}} ^talk 07:20, 24 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Why was the link to the Teahouse removed? The edit summary says they [IP editors] can't ask a question at this place anymore, but I couldn't find more info about that from a quick look at the Teahouse or its "About" page. (I Ctrl+F'd "anon", "ip" [whole word], and "register".)
