I was perusing the article history and saw some back-and-forth edits about A-lim being the developer. I can't find an official online reference, but the current version of the game specifies Japanese Version Development by Alim Co., Ltd. It's found by navigating to Staff Credits from Menu->Terms of Use/Other. —Ost (talk) 21:44, 23 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
