I agree that neither photo is perfect. Unfortunately we can't do Fair Use of photos that are under copyright when we have alternative photos available to use that have free use. Propose something a change to the second paragraph here.

Something better than what you last edited into the article "She was later dismissed from this case over concerns of impropriety and conflict of interest."
