Sources
Hi, I'm trying to clean up some of the works cited. I found additional sources for some of the content, but have had some issues citing New York Times archives using the template. I'm currently working on correcting those issues, and trying to verify some of the other citations on this page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mrkamikaze (talk • contribs) 00:06, 23 March 2017 (UTC)

The pronounciation of his name would be a helpful addition to the article. Recury 01:56, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
CBS Building picture
Anyone in the NYC area able to get over to 52nd street and snap a few. The article about the building could use them as well. Thanks SteveCoppock (talk) 23:08, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with Image:Tulip med.jpg
The image Image:Tulip med.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --19:03, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
- There is no problem with the current image. It is on Commons and has a free use rationale from the Brooklyn Museum. --Margin1522 (talk) 00:42, 17 August 2014 (UTC)

Public Domain Images (Korb Collection at Library of Congress)
Some architects have whole wikimedia libraries of their work. Saarinen should be one of them, since the Korb Collection was, in fact, gifted to the LOC and the public domain: https://www.loc.gov/pictures/collection/krb/ This is partly as a note to myself, and partly as invitation to others to transfer from LOC to Wikimedia Commons. Browse them here: http://www.loc.gov/pictures/search/?st=grid&co=krb KevinCuddeback (talk) 22:46, 12 November 2019 (UTC)

Eero Saarinen (1910–1961) was a Finnish-American architect and industrial designer. He created many buildings and monuments, including the General Motors Technical Center in Warren, Michigan; the passenger terminal at Dulles International Airport outside Washington, D.C.; the TWA Flight Center (now TWA Hotel) at John F. Kennedy International Airport; the Vivian Beaumont Theater at Lincoln Center in New York City; and the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. He was the son of Finnish architect Eliel Saarinen. This photograph of Saarinen smoking a pipe was taken by the Hungarian-American photographer Balthazar Korab in 1955 or 1956. Photograph credit: Balthazar Korab; restored by Yann Forget and Bammesk
