Startup Singam is an Indian Tamil-language business reality television series that airs on Star Vijay and digitally streams on Disney+ Hotstar. This show was curated by Hemachandran founder ceo of Brand Avatar and Avatar Live youtube channel . Startup Singam brand and IP owned by Baanhem Ventures where zoho co founder has invested 33 Million .This is the first south Indian business reality TV show.[1][2]
It shows entrepreneurs called Singams making business presentations from Tamil Nadu to a panel of investors on the program, who decide whether to invest in their companies. The show hosts by Angelin,[3] and it will have 13 episodes and feature 3 pitches per episode.[4] That premiered on 26 January 2025,[5] and air on every Sunday at 11:30 am.[6][7]
