Robert Cerjanec is a Canadian politician who has served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario (MPP) since 2025. A member of the Ontario Liberal Party, he represents the riding of Ajax.[1][2] He was previously a business consultant and served on the leadership team of the Durham District School Board.[3]

Political career

Cerjanec was first elected in the 2025 Ontario general election, defeating incumbent Progressive Conservative MPP Patrice Barnes by a margin of 0.8% of the vote.[1][2] Cerjanec's platform focused on "better health care, public education and an economy that creates jobs and prepares us for the future.”[2]
