Hrvatski: Višestambenu dvokatnu najamnu kuću Europske avenije 22., sa šest velikih stanova dao je izgraditi Josef Povischil vlasnik osječke tvornice pokućstva. Kuća je izgrađena 1904. godine po projektima osiječkog graditelja Ante Slavičeka. Pročelje ima još uvijek historicističku shemu. Secesijski dekorativni scenarij prate historicistički ukrasi. Kao svjedočanstvo karakterističnog povijesnog razvoja prostora «kuća Povischil» predstavlja oznaku specifičnog prostornog obilježja, a svojim izgledom i određeni stupanj atraktivnosti ugođaja. |
