Description
Nederlands: De Nederlands hervormde Kerk in Middelharnis is een laat-gotische kruiskerk uit 1465-67. De toren is gebouwd naar het model van het St-Michielsklooster te Antwerpen, omdat dit kloster de bedijking van Middelharnis bekostigde. De spits werd in 1811 gesloopt. In 1904 en 1948 is de kerk door brand verwoest; beide keren is ze in de oude vorm herbouwd.

English: The Dutch Reformed Church at Middelharnis, a late-gothic church. The tower was built after the model of Antwerp's St Michael's Convent, because this convent had paid for the dikes surrounding Middelharnis. The spire was demolished in 1811. The church burnt down in 1904 and 1948, both times it was rebuilt to the old plans.
