Chrysler Corporation "Forward Look" logo (printed on an oil filter)

This is a photograph of an engine oil filter printed with a logo subject to trademark as Chrysler Corporation's corporate logo from 1956 through 1962. Its use in History of Chrysler, Mopar, and Forward look is compliant with the U.S. fair-use laws, and with the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

• It illustrates an educational article about the Chrysler Corporation, which is the entity represented from 1956 through 1962 by the logo described in Forward look, and

• The image is used as intended for primary visual identification of Chrysler Corporation and their Mopar Parts Division in its intended historical context in History of Chrysler and in Mopar, and

• It is a low-resolution image wholly unsuitable for production of counterfeit goods, and

• The logo is used in such a way that an ordinarily reasonable reader could not be confused into believing the article is written or authorised by Chrysler Corporation, and

• It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
