עברית: כיכר צינה דיזנגוף קרויה על שם צינה דיזנגוף, רעייתו של ראש העיר הראשון, מאיר דיזנגוף. הכיכר נחשבה במשך שנים רבות כאחד מסמליה של תל אביב. הכיכר הייתה חלק מתוכנית גדס, תוכנית מתאר לעיר תל אביב שהכין פטריק גדס, מתכנן ערים סקוטי. עיצוב הכיכר נעשה על ידי האדריכלית ג'ניה אוורבוך, שזכתה בתחרות העיצוב של הכיכר בשנת 1934. התכנון היה על פי קריטריונים של הסגנון הבינלאומי, שהיה הסגנון האדריכלי המרכזי בתל אביב בתקופה זו.
