Americanycteris is an extinct genus of phyllostomid bat that lived during the Early Miocene.
Distribution
A. cyrtodon is known from Panama, being a member of the Arikareean Lirio Norte Local Fauna and the Hemingfordian Centenario Fauna.[1]
