The 2025 Indian Wells Open (called the BNP Paribas Open for sponsorship reasons) is a professional men's and women's tennis tournament played in Indian Wells, California. It is the 51st edition of the men's event and 36th of the women's event and is classified as an ATP Tour Masters 1000 event on the 2025 ATP Tour and a WTA 1000 event on the 2025 WTA Tour. The men's and women's main draw events take place from March 5 through 16, 2025 on outdoor hard courts at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.[1]

The total combined prize money for the 2025 BNP Paribas Open was $19,387,080 with each tour (ATP and WTA) playing for a share of $9,693,540. This represented a rise of 7.76% from 2024.
For 2025, the champion's prize money was increased by 9.19% ($1,100,000 in 2024 vs $1,201,125 in 2025), while first-round losers' pay decreased by -15.56% ($30,050 in 2024 vs $25,375 in 2025).[2][3]
