Voyennes is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.
Geography
Voyennes is situated 30 miles(48 km) west of Amiens, on the D417 road in the valley of the Somme.
History
On 19 October 1415, portions of the army of King Henry V of England crossed the Somme at Voyennes at an undefended causeway, a few days before the Battle of Agincourt.[3]
