I appreciate your efforts in improving the Bandaragama Divisional Secretariat article. However, the copy you added reads very much like an advertisement/tourist guide. While you supplied (albeing improperly) a citation, the citation won't load. I can't verify it supports what you say, even if we cold accept the copy as written (which we can't).
