It'll be a bit until I get all my ducks in a row to start the research I need for article development, so I'm hitting up some much-needed gnoming, starting with going through uses of "it should be noted that". If I get really ambitious, I might also go after second-person references, although there are ... an awful lot of those, and far more false positives. Still, copy editing marches on.
