I have created this new page as per Wikipedia:Silence and consensus on my comment here Talk:Religious views on female genital mutilation. I do respect that others can have a different view and if so, they can take this through the due process of AFD and I will be happy discuss. But I will prefer if any content disputes are taken up here on the talk page first as AFD is not clean up. This article is intended for the term Khafd and is no way intended to be a POV fork. Every one is welcome to help keep this article NPOV like all other articles in the topic area. The references cited in this article establish the notability of this topic more than enough. This is a good faith effort to create the article with references, if involved editors think this is not a notable topic, feel free to take it to AFD so that uninvolved editors can input their views.Muffizainu (talk) 04:27, 14 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
