Poděšín is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

Poděšín lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south-west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 20 km (12 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 119 km (74 mi) south-east of Prague.
