Nick Oberheiden (born February 8, 1978) is a German-born U.S. lawyer and author.[1] He is the founder of Oberheiden P.C., a national litigation law firm.[2][3][4]

Oberheiden founded Oberheiden P.C. in 2010, focusing on federal litigation, national security, espionage, and white-collar defense.[5] His firm’s roster includes Mike Pompeo,[6] Kevin McCarthy, Trey Gowdy, and Brian Kuester.[7][8]

Oberheiden secured the dismissal of all 154 counts in a federal indictment for a physician in Oklahoma.[9][10]

Education

Oberheiden pursued a law degree at the Ruhr University Bochum, later transferring to the University of Munich. He attended the University of Hamburg, graduating in 2004 after passing the German State Bar Examination.[11]

In 2007, he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the UCLA School of Law,[11] where he received the prestigious Morris Greenspan Award for Excellence in International Law.[12]

Oberheiden earned his Ph.D. in 2010 from the University of Heidelberg, focusing on comparative constitutional law in the U.S., Brazil, and Germany..[11][13]
