Milešín is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 70 inhabitants.
Milešín lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 45 km (28 mi) east of Jihlava, and 152 km (94 mi) south-east of Prague.
