Summary

Description

The main northern support pier, and the only in-water pier, of the Oregon City Bridge viewed from a fishing dock in the Willamette River, located to the west of the bridge. Topped by decorative obelisks, the pier originally housed public restrooms and included windows at the top, but the restrooms were closed in 1937 due to vandalism. The 1922 bridge is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
