Deutsch: Das sogenannte "Karl-Liebknecht-Portal" im Staatsratsgebäude. Es handelt sich um das ehemalige Portal IV des Berliner Stadtschlosses, vor dessen Balkon Karl Liebknecht am 9. November 1918, die "Sozialistische Republik" ausgerufen hat.
English: The so-called "Karl-Liebknecht-Portal" in the State Council building in Berlin. It is the former entrance IV of the Berlin City Palace. From its balcony Karl Liebknecht proclaimed the "Socialist Republic" on November 9, 1918.
