250 (two hundred [and] fifty) is the natural number following 249 and preceding 251.

250 is the sum of two square numbers in two different ways ( and ), and it is also the sum of two perfect cubes ().[1][2][3]

Society

  • In Chinese slang, the number 250 means 'idiot' (spelled as èr bái wǔ/ㄦˋ ㄅㄞˇ ㄨˇ).[4] The Gulfstream G280 was originally the G250, and was renamed for this reason.[5]
