Eugene Galanter (27. oktoober 1924 Philadelphia – 9. november 2016 New York) oli ameerika psühholoog.
Ta õppis Swarthmore College'is ja Pennsylvania Ülikoolis.
Ta tegeles matemaatilise psühholoogiaga ja kirjutas ka mitu raamatut programmeerimisest.
