Colin Luther Powell (5. aprill 1937 New York – 18. oktoober 2021) oli Ameerika Ühendriikide sõjaväelane (erukindral) ja poliitik.
Ta oli Ameerika Ühendriikide riigisekretär aastatel 2001–2005.
84-aastane Powell suri 2021. aasta oktoobris koroona tüsistustesse.[1][2]

Colin Powell valiti 1998. aastal Ameerika Filosoofiaseltsi liikmeks.
