  The current titling doesn't work: Mohammad Nazmul Islam (born 21 March 1991), also known as Nazmul Apu[1] is a Bangladeshi first-class, List A and Twenty20 cricketer. • Oppose as cricketer Nazmul Islam is commonly known as this name (WP:COMMONNAME applies). Also, as per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, only the cricketer should have the current title, so we don't need to rename "Nazmul Islam". We only should rename the article of the diplomat Md. Nazmul Islam to Nazmul Islam (diplomat). And "Md." is not honorific, it is abbreviation of the name "Muhammad" and many people use the abbreviation in their name. It is common and not new.
