Garkarud (Persian: گركرود)[a] is a village in Shabkhus Lat Rural District[b] of Rankuh District, Amlash County, Gilan province, Iran.
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,519 in 409 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,589 people in 474 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,443 people in 508 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
