Ethylnorepinephrine , sold under the brand names Etanor , Bronkephrine , and Butanefrine , is a sympathomimetic and bronchodilator medication related to norepinephrine .[ 1] [ 2] [ 3] It activates both α and β adrenergic receptors .[ 4]
