Cathy Tilton is an American politician from Alaska. A Republican, she was Speaker of the Alaska House of Representatives from 2023 to 2025, and represents District 26 which is entirely within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Prior to 2020 redistricting, represented District 12.

She succeeded Bill Stoltze upon his election to the Alaska State Senate.[1] She is a self-employed real estate professional and former legislative aide.[2] She lives in Wasilla.[3] Tilton was elected Speaker of the House on January 18, 2023.[4]
