I consider nominating the category dedicated to privatized companies of Russia for deletion. There are categories for country-specific privatization cases; however, the other countries never experienced such a large-scale privatization. This is an unique case that creates a number of issues:

• Nearly all organizations created prior to 1992 should be included in the category.
• The category mostly includes immovable assets (department stores) rather than companies (despite the name).
• The connections between entities that currently exist and the privatized entities may be hard to establish.

Would you rather delete the category or expand it to include every notable privately owned enterprise of Soviet origin? Not a perfectionist (talk) 16:53, 18 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

How should articles on municipalities (городское/сельское поселение etc.) be named? Currently there aren't many of them, but there is e.g. Sosnovskoye Rural Settlement, Leningrad Oblast. Personally I think calling that one Sosnovo Rural Settlement would make more sense, one reason being that the municipal center is called Sosnovo, not Sosnovskoye. Never done one of these before so please bear with me.

The "Cold War" section of the "History" section of the Intercontinental ballistic missile has a lot of detail on American ICBMs, and not a lot of detail on Soviet ICBMs. I personally don't know a lot about these (at least not enough detail on specific models/development history to edit the section) So consider this an open request for some subject matter expert to come and assist.
