- Nominator's rationale: Duplicates existing category Category:Earthquakes in Antigua and Barbuda. Dawnseeker2000 21:39, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- I'd be inclined to delete both. No earthquake is isolated to a couple of small islands (the one categorised earthquake doesn't mention Antigua or Barbuda. Sionk (talk) 16:13, 10 September 2017 (UTC)
- Delete, this belongs in Category:Earthquakes in the Caribbean, or possibly in a new Category:Earthquakes in the Lesser Antilles. Marcocapelle (talk) 20:29, 16 September 2017 (UTC)

- Propose deleting Category:Australian sheep shearers ( | talk | history | links | watch | logs)
- Nominator's rationale: delete per WP:NONDEF, most people in this category are defined as a trade unionist (especially as an official of the Australian Workers' Union) rather than as a sheep shearer. There are two exceptions: Jackie Howe and William Smith (shearer) who both are indeed clearly notable as a shearer, the best solution is to move these two to Category:Sheep shearers. - Propose re-naming Category:Anglican bishops and archbishops of Armagh to Category:Anglican archbishops of Armagh
- Propose re-naming Category:Anglican Archbishops of Cashel to Category:Anglican archbishops of Cashel
- Propose re-naming Category:Anglican Archbishops of Dublin to Category:Anglican archbishops of Dublin
- Nominator's rationale IT's a description, not a title as it's in the usual plural form. There are no bishops of Armagh, only archbishops. Laurel Lodged (talk) 15:04, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- Keep Dublin and Cashel, which are correctly capitalised: contrary to nom, it IS a title. Rename Armagh to match. Peterkingiron (talk) 18:40, 10 September 2017 (UTC)
- Reply "Archbishop of Foo" is a title, the categories "Anglican archbishops of Foo" or "Catholic archbishops of Foo" are not titles. They are also in the correct plural form so cannot be a title for that reason also. See parent category on the catholic side which is well populated with such examples: Category:Roman Catholic archbishops in Europe by diocese. Laurel Lodged (talk) 14:20, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
- I disagree. The title is "Archbishop of Cashel". The problem is that there are two succession to this title, one from the Church of Ireland and the other Catholic. Look at the first line of Archbishop of Cashel as to the correct capitalisation. Applying standard WP categorisation methods one might have it as Category:Archbishops of Cashel (Anglican) and Category:Archbishops of Cashel (Catholic), but the present format will do the job as well or better. I would not oppose renaming to Category:Anglican Archbishops of Armagh. Peterkingiron (talk) 15:02, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was: upmerge to Category:Clippers and Category:Wool trade. -- Black Falcon (talk) 23:33, 30 September 2017 (UTC)
- Propose merging Category:Wool clippers to Category:Clippers
- Nominator's rationale: upmerge as a very small category. It should at least be merged to one parent category, not entirely sure whether the second parent (Wool trade) is really defining for the both articles. Marcocapelle (talk) 06:35, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- Upmerge but for other reasons. Wool clippers are a tool used by sheep shearers. The whole category tree needs renaming, actually - although Clipper does indeed have the ship as its primary meaning, Clippers is a redirect to a sports team. Grutness...wha? 01:38, 10 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Grutness: For clarification, should the category be merged to Category:Clippers only, or also upmerged to Category:Wool trade? -- Black Falcon (talk) 05:56, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
- For clarification, the category Category:Clippers should be renamed to Category:Clipper ships, and the current nom should be double upmerged to that and to Category:Wool trade. The upmerging could be done first, then Category:Clippers could be nominated for renaming. Grutness...wha? 02:04, 18 September 2017 (UTC)

- Propose renaming Category:Wood Street to Category:Wood Street, Barnet
- Nominator's rationale: If there had been an article for the street itself, this would have been speediable. There isn't (but probably should be - along with High Street and St. Alban's Road it's one of the main streets in Barnet), but a quick glance at Wood Street makes the problem clear. Grutness...wha? 00:34, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- Delete (Rename if Kept) I was looking for something obvious these had in common showing Wood Street as a restaurant row, auto row, Polish neighborhood, something that would give these a common thread. Now, maybe a main article would make that clear, but this doesn't seem defining. RevelationDirect (talk) 02:27, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- Delete - I don't see any need for this cat at all. Eustachiusz (talk) 22:24, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
- Delete – pending an article on Wood Street, Barnet. If kept, certainly it needs the addition of Barnet as there must be thousands of Wood Streets. Oculi (talk) 18:44, 9 September 2017 (UTC)
