Tibava (Hungarian: Tiba; Rusyn: Тібава) is a village and municipality in the Sobrance District in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia.[4]

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1282.

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 130 metres (430 ft)[3] and covers an area of 10.65 km2 (4.11 sq mi) (2024).[5]
