  • all green with copyright checkY
  • All sources seems to be reliable per my assessment and per WP:RSP checkY
  • All links work checkY
  • Images have rationale and are reasonably placed checkY
  • The article seems short, but broad enough with the coverage I see on Google books and ProQuest. checkY This book (page 101-102) has a little bit more on his later life.

General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: None required.
Overall: Article was promoted to GA on September 8, 2025. Article is long enough for DYK and is thoroughly sourced throughout. Earwig indicates that a copyright violation is unlikely. All hooks are properly cited. (On that note, I found a copy of Margaret Sachs's book on the Internet Archive here, may be good to add this to the article.) Additionally, all of the hooks are interesting. Overall, I see no reason not to approve this submission. JJonahJackalope (talk) 01:30, 9 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

There was a blog with info and period media about Green, since gone, but on archive.org: [1] -- Infrogmation (talk) 21:51, 6 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
