Mumbaicha Faujdar (transl. Policeman from Mumbai) is a 1984 Indian Marathi-language romantic comedy[2] film directed by Rajdutt and produced by Manohar Randive under the banner of Manohari Chitra. It was written by Anil Barve from a screenplay by Vasant Sabnis, and it stars Ravindra Mahajani and Ranjana in the lead roles.[1][3]
Plot
A Bombay sub-inspector who is in love with a contemporary woman is compelled to wed a country belle. He soon finds it difficult to fit in with her rural ways of living.

The film was shot in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.[4]
Soundtrack
The music was composed by Vishwanath More and the lyrics were Written by Jagdish Khebudkar. Films music was big success.
