Carl "Bill" Roop is an American politician from West Virginia. He is a Republican and represents District 44 in the West Virginia House of Delegates.[2]

In 2024, Governor Jim Justice appointed Roop to fill the vacancy created by Todd Kirby.[3]

Legislative History

Cosponsor of West Virginia House Bill 2545 that was introduced on February 18, 2025 and would authorize corporal punishment in public schools.[4]
