Raja Fouad Halwani (sündinud 1967) on Liibanoni päritolu Ameerika Ühendriikide filosoof, kes tegeleb seksifilosoofiaga.

Ta on 1997. aastast kõrgkooli School of the Art Institute of Chicago vabade kunstide professor.
