I've recieved e-mail from User:Syphonbyte emphatically denying that these other users are sockpuppets. I'd say there is a very good chance however that if they are not sockpuppets they are meatpuppet that have acted in concert under User:Syphonbyte's direction. Of course, checkuser can only provide technical confirmation that users are definitely or likely using the same computer/IP address. Checkuser doesn't evaluate claims like "he's my brother," or determining that an unrelated user is a recruited single purpose account (i.e. meatpuppet).
