Keep When I first looked at this there were no totally valid entries - the first was valid as a redlink which needed a blue link added from 'What links here' and a blue link which was invalid as the link didn't mention 'VA-55'. As the first was notable and had incoming links, I created a stub. As the second is known as VA-55, I added this to article with a reference. Took 10 mins, but is now a valid dab.
