Appears to be non-notable Pakistani architect and writer. Article is almost completely unsourced, with the few that do mention the subject only do so in passing. The other links are irrelevant to the subject (links to educational institutions). Only real claim is to have published a book, Of Colour and Form, with the Foundation for Museum of Modern Art (see here). The book is not notable at all as far as I can see.
